# Single side (outside) - Inside has no printing and no coating
# Double Side (outside + inside) - Coating on both printed sides
Production time starts only when you have submitted printing files, we have checked your file and cleard it and you ultimately approved a proof that we have sent you.
We do not offer rush options for this product.
It is suggested that you give yourself enough time. Unfortunately we cannot commit to in-hand day requests unless you ask and we respond to a specific request.
Production time that is longer than what you expected does not allow you to cancel or change the order
