Where can you print documents? How do you choose the company that will print and copy for you?
You have determined that you need certain documents done in a certain way, to be distributed at a certain event, or sent by mail.
Our recommendation is that you choose a copy store that has at least the following characteristics and masters in these skills:
- Have full control of there color printing process: There are different technologies that are used to print and our company has them all in our premises. Some companies do not have the production capabilities and therefore rely on other vendors. Those companies are not in control of the quality, nor the production times.
- Look for a company where the staff is very experienced. A professional team of oprators and service team makes it easier for you to complete your project successfully. That team can identify loose ends in your project, or even suggest small changes that can result in increased business to you. How would you know about the experience? Read testimonials, look at the past projects that the company worked on, and spend time talking to the vendors team. You will very fast identify a data-entry type of service as opposed to a professional team working for you.
- Ask the company how flexible they are about the type of documents that they accept. A very restrictive policy might be a red light that tells"This company does not have the skills to deal with all printing needs". The copy store that you choose should be able to handle almost everything that comes out of your computer.
- The most relevant point to choose the copy store that will deal with your print and copy job: Is the company a real company with real people that will go the extra mile to serve you? Will this company do everything they can to be on time?
